Hi, I’m Sakis. I grew up in Athens, surrounded by the vibrant flavors of Greek cuisine and the freshness of the sea. My journey as a chef has taken me from bustling restaurant kitchens to private villas in Mykonos, Crete, and beyond, including some unforgettable experiences in the USA. Along the way, I’ve been lucky to work with incredible mentors and to serve wonderful clients around the world, each one inspiring me to bring something special to the table.

Food, to me, is all about quality ingredients and flavors that stay with you. My brother is a fisherman, so I’ve developed a deep love for seafood, the kind that tastes of the ocean and celebrates simplicity. My philosophy is that everyone deserves exceptional food, not just in restaurants but anywhere life takes you. I’m here to create that experience, bringing high-quality dining to the comfort of your space.
